Updating the messages can be done in a number of ways:

1. Sending the Smartcard back to our studio for updates to be placed upon the card.

2. Purchase another Smartcard for $77.00, and have two Smartcards in rotation. While one is in use the other can be sent back to us for the updates.

3. Purchase the optional Smartcard Reader for $88.00 which connects to your computer and we can email you the updated files. Hook the Reader up to your computer and it's a simple matter of drag and drop to replace the old message with the new.
